Please fill out the form below to appeal against a service call that has been charged to you.

Please note:

* You can only appeal against a service call that you have been charged for within the last 7 days.

* The processing time for an appeal may take up to 14 business days from the date of application, a reply will be sent via SMS and/or e-mail.

* You can only file an appeal based intentional misuse or a Spetz technical error.

* Submitting more than 3 inaccurate appeals may unfortunately block your ability to make future appeals.

* If your appeal request is approved, our system will credit the amount that you were charged back to your Spetz account. No further action is required on your part.
