Please fill out the form below to request a review of a service call that has been charged to you.
* You can only request a review for a service call that you have been charged for within the last 7 days.
*The processing time for a review may take up to 14 business days from the date of application, a reply will be sent via SMS and/or e-mail.
* You can only file a review request if it’s a case of intentional misuse or a Spetz technical error.
* Submitting more than 3 requests for service call reviews with inaccurate information may unfortunately block your ability to make future requests.
* If your service call review request is approved, our system will credit the amount that you were charged back to your Spetz account. No further action is required on your part.
